Returns
- Eligibility: Products must be returned within 15 days of purchase.
- Condition: Items must be unused, and in original packaging.
- Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or order confirmation is required.
- Non-Returnable Items:
- Opened or partially used cartridges
- Products damaged due to improper handling or storage
- Clearance or final-sale items
Refunds
- Inspection: Once your return is received, it will be inspected.
- Approval: If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
- Partial Refunds may be granted for:
- Items not in original condition
- Packaging missing or damaged
Exchanges
- Defective or damaged cartridges may be exchanged for the same product at no extra cost.
- If the product is out of stock, a full refund or store credit will be offered.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
- For defective/incorrect items, a prepaid shipping label will be provided.
